We are truly glad to host such a prestigious event in the beautiful city of Kathmandu, Nepal and stands for “familiarization trip” and is a free or low-cost trip that travel agents are provided by suppliers or travel operators. These trips are provided as a way for agents to gain an understanding of the benefits of different trips that they can sell to their clients.
When you have the first-hand experience from a tour or trek, you can better help your clients understand what to expect. It is in our great interest to personally meet the agents/business partners and present the services we are offering in Nepal and show you some of the most popular destinations. Taking part in our FAM Trip April 2023 will help develop inbound and outbound tourism connections between us.We are hosting you every year to build an extensive business relationships.

Taking part in our FAM Trip will help you with developing inbound and outbound extensive tourism business relationships.
Who can apply: Adventure Trip Operators/Outbound Travel agent/Luxury Travel agent/Religious Tour Operators/ Event organizer/Wedding Planner/Personal, Home Base, Independent Travel Agent/Photography Travel agent.
Register deadline: Closed (Must be confirmed & boarding pass copy should be sent before 10th January December 2023. Please, book the seats before the deadline to ensure your space. We would be truly honored to see you during the trip on the roof top of the world country Nepal).
Registration fee Refund Policy:
We do readjustment with your first business booking of your’s valued customer. The minimum customer group size including at least 15 paying pax.

#. We have been designed 9 days FAM TRIP, However, if you want get down bit earlier or want extend your stay after the FAM Trip for more study about Nepal & tourism , we will provide you accommodation in Kathmandu as FOC).

- Weather conditions: April is Spring season here in Nepal, However the weather will be sunny and the skies will be clear. The temperature will be at around +25 ºC .
- Arriving airport: Tribhuvan International Airport (Airport code: “KTM”).
- If there is special case/request we may consider extending duration.
