FAM Tour Mandatory Policies and Fees for May 2025
- Must be outbound traveling with a legal company.
- Must be a company product manager, director, or owner.
- Qualified Buyers are invited to participate in Showcase Familiarization (FAM) tours.
- All FAM participants must be registered Showcase delegates.
- Participants may select one pre-FAM tour.
- All FAM tours begin and end in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Tour itineraries are subject to change and availability.
- Seats on FAM tours are limited, so register early. If the tour you select is full, you will be notified.
- There is a maximum of two people per company on one tour with a maximum of one hotel room per night.
- Fam Trip organizers reserve the right to cancel or terminate a delegate's participation in any event.
