Any Tour Operators from around the globe: i.e Suppliers, Adventure Trip Operators/Outbound Travel /Luxury Travel /Religious Tour Operators/ Event organizer/Wedding Planner/Personal, Home Base, Independent Travel Agent/Photography Travel, Mice, corporate travel, tailor Made Travel.

Qualification:

Travel agents must provide a current Legal company DOC or any other Certificate to be eligible for FAM trips. Agents who are unable to furnish this information may be accepted depending on their qualifications. Up to two travel agents from the same agency may travel at an agent rate.

Register deadline:

(Must be confirmed & boarding pass copy should be sent before 25th June 2025. Please, book the seats before the deadline to ensure your space. We would be truly honored to see you during the Himalayan Luxury Fam Tour Nepal on the rooftop of the world country Nepal).

Fam Trip Confirmation Policy:

Once you have received the "Himalayan Luxury FAM Tour" Nepal Travel confirmation letter by E-Mail, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or Company Bank account Transfer (SWIFT) by checking in your confirmation letter. If payment is not received in a timely manner (indicated in your confirmation letter), your reservation request will be declined.

Registration fee Refund Policy:

Once you have received the "Himalayan Luxury FAM Tour" Nepal Travel confirmation letter by E-Mail, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or Company Bank account Transfer (SWIFT) by checking in your confirmation letter. Cancellation policy:

Full refund with written cancellation prior to February 15, 2025 OR you may join Next time Fam Trip.

Trip modification or Alteration:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour or a vacation package should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best possible alternative will be offered, also the local organizer reserves the right to change hotels based on availability and group size.

Sevenstar Adventure Holidays as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by roads, bus operators, local sight-seeing operators, tour operators, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided.
