 program

 Day 01

 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m) -Arrival International Airport, a spokesman CEMV STAR will meet you and take you to the hotel. Our trip leader will give you information on trekking pre Tamang heritage trail.

 Day 02

 Kathmandu: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu.

 Day 03

 The trip from Kathmandu to SYAAFRUBENSI (1467m) -Drive to SYAAFRUBENSI from Kathmandu through and Dhunche. After the drive about 8-9 hours, we will soon reach SYAAFRUBENSI. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 04

 It is about 5-6 hours to cover the distance between SYAAFRUBENSI and GATLANG. The route passes through the village GOLDZHANG. Experience traditional culture and lifestyle Tamang and have panoramic views of Langtang Mountain and other peaks. Walk along the villages and see the cultural show at GOLDZHANG and GATLANG. Overnight at the lodge or camp community.

 Day 05

gatlang — Tatopani (2607m) -Trekking to Tatopani from GATLANG. During the walk, we can have a panoramic view of the mountain Lantang and Ganesh Himal. After the 5-6 hours of hard trekking, we reach Tatopani (about 2,600m). We will take a bath in a hot spring. Overnight in tents.

 Day 06

 Tatopani — Thuman (2338m) to -Trekking Thuman through nagthali. We will pass through the thick forest until reaching the alpine village bringdang typical Tamang village. After a close view of the mountains and watching village life, we will continue up the hill to reach the hill NAGTHALI. The hill is quite rich in biodiversity, as well as being a good place to have a breathtaking view of the mountains. Then we will go down the forest trail, where we can see wild animals such as deer and monkeys.

After completing about 5 hours hike, we reach the village THUMAN and will oversee Tamang cultural show. Night in the house to remain a house.

 Day 07

Trekking to RASUAGADI through Timur and return to Timure. We can conclude today’s trek for five hours. We will have to follow the Bhote Khola, the largest tributary of the river Trishul to get in the historic center RASUAGADI. The site is located on the Nepal-Tibet border. We will enjoy the beauty and the Tibeto-Burman Tamang culture RASUAGADI and Timur. Night in local houses.

 Day 08

 Timur — Brides (2229m) -Trekking to Brides by Timur: Today we trek for six hours. We will walk along the banks of the Bhote Khola. As we reach the Brides, we will observe the cultural events presented by the local community. We will experience the unique hospitality of a home stay.

 Day 09

 Brides — syaafurbensi-After breakfast in the morning, we visit the local monastery and have scenic views. Since the village is located near a beautiful forest, we can observe different species of birds. We may also be familiar with the culture and way of life of the local population. After lunch, we head to the SYAAFRUBENSI through BAGNEL. We will achieve SYAAFRUBENSI in about three hours. Overnight at the hotel or local lodges.

 Day 10

 SYAAFRUBENSI — Dhunche (1965m) Kathmandu eight hours drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche

 Day 11

 Sightseeing in Kathmandu After breakfast, we go for sightseeing and shopping. In the evening, return to the hotel and farewell dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with culture show.
