Kathmandu: The history of the Kathmandu valley begins with the Buddhist saint Manjushree who slashed a passage through the surrounding hills to drain out the primordial waters and make it inhabitable. Over the centuries, a refined urban civilization emerged, built on a unique synthesis of Hinduism and Buddhism. It is the historic seat of royalty built between the 12th and 18th centuries. The Durbar Square is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979 which epitomizes the social, religious and cultural life of the Nepalese people.
Daman: Located approx 80 km southwest of the Kathmandu valley, Daman (2,400 m) offers the only unimpeded view of the entire Himalayan range – roughly 400 km of Himalayan panorama. Daman is located on the Tribhuvan Highway between Kathmandu and the town of Hetauda. A walk around the surrounding area or a lounging on one of the resorts here is just a different experience in itself. Rock climbing, cycling, hiking are few of the many activities possible here. There are couples of accommodation option for a comfortable stay. It is the best peaceful places to spend a couple of night there.
Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Pickup & transfers to Hotel, overnight
Day 02: Kathmandu city sightseeing Place to visit – Pashupatinath, Bouddha Nath, Budhanilkantha, Balaju water, Swayambhu Nath stupa (Monkey temple) Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square with Krishna Temple.
Day 03: Kathmandu – Daman Drive to Daman, evening panoramic view of Himalayas, sunset, overnight at hotel.
Day 04: After sunrise view back to Kathmandu, Remaining sightseeing to Kathmandu valley. Evening farewell dinner with Seven Star Team along with typical Nepali cultural show, overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 05: Breakfast and transfer to International Airport for final Departure to onward Destination.
