Who can apply: Adventure Trip Operators/Outbound Travel agent/Luxury Travel agent/Religious Tour Operators/ Event organizer/Wedding Planner/Personal, Home Base, Independent Travel Agent/Photography Travel agent/Individuals.
Qualification: Travel agents must provide a current Legal company DOC or any other Certificate to be eligible for FAM trips. Agents whom are unable to furnish this information may be accepted depending on their qualifications. Up to two travel agents from the same agency may travel at an agent rate.
Register deadline: (Must be confirmed & boarding pass copy should be sent before 25th March 2025. Please, book the seats before the deadline to ensure your space. We would be truly honored to see you during the trip on the roof top of the world country Nepal).
Fam Trip Confirmation Policy: Once you have received the FAM Trips Travel confirmation letter by E-Mail, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or Company Bank account Transfer (SWIFT) by check in your confirmation letter. If payment is not received in a timely manner (indicated in your confirmation letter), your reservation request will be declined.
Registration fee Refund Policy:
Must be signed business contract paper during the trip or before the trip and we do readjustment with your first business booking of your’s valued customer. The minimum customer group size including at least 15 paying pax.
Cancellation policy: Full refund with written cancellation prior to April 15, 2025 OR you may join Next time Fam Trip.
Trip modification or Alteration: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour or a vacation package should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best possible alternative will be offered, also the local organizer reserves the right to change hotels based on availability and group size.
Responsibility and Liability: Sevenstar Adventure Holidays Pvt. Ltd is operating these land arrangements is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the email or websites. Sevenstar Adventure Holidays as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by roads, bus operators, local sight-seeing operators, tour operators, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided.

FAM Tour Mandatory Policies and Fees for May 2025 .
- Must be outbound travel with a legal company.
- Must be company product manager, director or owner.
- Qualified Buyers are invited to participate in Showcase Familiarization (FAM) tours
- All FAM participants must be registered Showcase delegates.
- Participants may select one pre-FAM tour .
- All FAM tours begin and end in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Tour itineraries are subject to change and availability.
- Seats on FAM tours are limited, so register early. If the tour you select is full, you will be notified.
- There is a maximum of two people per company on one tour with a maximum of one hotel room per night
- Fam Trip organizers reserves the right to cancel or terminate a delegate’s participation in any event.

- Weather conditions: February is starting Winter Season here in Nepal, However the weather perhaps sunny and the skies will be clear. The temperature will be at around 25 ºC .
- Arriving airport: Tribhuvan International Airport (Airport code: “KTM”).
